The in-person meeting was called to order at 7:01 PM by President, Mike McCullough. Mike introduced the club officers, Vice President, Dwane Meanor, Treasurer, Mr. Gary Pennington and Mr. Tom Burleson, Secretary and Newsletter. Mike acknowledged all the volunteers and thanked them for their service.

Mini Hunt: Due to the time change it will be getting dark earlier. There will not be any Mini Hunts until March of 2023.

Refreshments: Pizza was provided by the club again this month.

Thank You: Carol Rinker and Ed Stratton for helping with the raffles, Dave Franz for handing out the door prize tickets ever month.

January’s Club Outing: The outing was held at Wyman Meadows in Baltimore City on Sunday January 29th.

Next Month Club Outing: For more details contact Kevin Weis or Dwayne Meanor (Bear)

UP coming Outings: 2nd week in March a 4-day hunt in Mt Airy, North Carolina on 7,000 acres, cost $215.00 Location to be announced at a later date. Members only hunt will be October 7, 2023.

Buddy List: This is a list of people needing or giving assistance with their type of Metal Detector. Anyone is interested in joining the Buddy list see Andy Cooper.

New Business: Dennis Powers has taken over the membership committee from Steve Cunningham. John Vise is now the club Librarian. Mike McCullough asked for volunteers to be backups for The Competition Board, Secretary. 2 Members for the Nominating Committee, 3 members to attend a Middle River Rec. meeting. He would also like for someone to help Nathan Pressler with the Gold and Diamond testing. The plan is to do this testing in March, June, September, and November. Ed Stratton has volunteered to take over the hidden target contest for this year.

Presentation: Mike McCullough presented a PowerPoint on “His Best Find from December and January” Thank you Mike!

Donations: Thank you Tom Carol for donating 5 door prizes.
