The in Person meeting was called to order at: 7:05 PM by President, Mr. Dwayne Meanor. Dwayne introduced the club officers, Vice President Andy Cooper, Treasurer, Mr. Gary Pennington and Mr. Tom Burleson, Secretary and Newsletter. Dwayne acknowledged all the volunteers and thanked them for their service.

Thank You: Ed Stratton for helping with the raffles and Dave Franz for handing out the door prize tickets.

Buddy List: This is a list of people needing or giving assistance with their type of Metal Detector. Anyone is interested in joining the Buddy list see Andy Cooper. We need someone to replace Andy Cooper due to his taking over as Vice President.

Gold and Diamond Testing: See Nathan Pressler if you need something checked out. Testing will be done in March, June, September, and November.

February’s Club Outing: The outing was held at Leakin Park.

Next Month Club Outing: Saturday March 9th at Kirwan House on the Eastern Shore.

New Business. Applications for Metal Detecting Permits for Baltimore County were accepted. [* note “Green Copy for 2024] … The authorized 2024 permits were given out by Mike McMullough. Thank you, Mike. Also, all board submission must be placed on the board before break. If not, they will not be counted.

Donations: Last month Bob Grigg donated a Civil War bullet display. It was raffled off at this meeting. Thank you, Bob.
